Where is Lamshop furniture made?
We are proud to say every piece of Lamshop furniture is made to order in the USA by quality craftsmen. We do not mass produce our furniture. All of our tables are constructed from poplar and are available in an array of finishes. In addition to our gorgeous 14 lacquer color selection, we offer gilded gold and silver leaf options and all of our faux finishes are lovingly hand-painted by fine artisans. Our upholstery frames are kiln-dried and 8 way hand tied.
Can I select a custom color?
Although we offer a range of 14 fabulous lacquer colors, sometimes a custom color is needed to get your project just right! The up-charge for custom color is $100 per order. Please call 704.910.5575 or email us at lamshop@msn.com to inquire about selecting a custom color. Custom color orders are not subject to return.
Can I choose a custom size?
We are happy to provide a quote to fabricate any Lamshop piece in a custom size. Please call 704.910.5575 or email us at lamshop@msn.com. Custom size orders are not subject to return.
Can I choose a custom design?
If you have a specific need for a project and would like a custom piece that is not in our collection, please call 704.910.5575 or email us at lamshop@msn.com for a quote. Custom made pieces are not subject to return.
How do I care for my Lamshop table?
Please use only a soft cloth to dust and clean your Lamshop table. Lacquer is a delicate finish, please do not use any cleaning products as the harsh chemicals will damage the lacquer.
Returns/Claims:
As all of our furniture is made-to-order, only damaged items are subject to return. Damaged items must be claimed upon receipt of your order prior to signing for delivery. All claims must be reported at once. Failure to do so will render all claims null and void. No exceptions. Any custom color, custom size or custom design order is not subject to return unless damaged.
Can I arrange for my own pickup and delivery?
We do offer you the option to choose your own shipping services at checkout. Upon arranging your own pickup and delivery, Lamshop is not responsible for any damages or claims.
When I do pay for shipping?
You will be billed for shipping (see rates on individual items) when your order is ready to ship. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you for secure payment online.
Payment:
Payment in full is required to begin production.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Master Card, Visa, Discover and American Express. Payment by check is also accepted. Please be sure to include your order number in the check memo.
