At this time we ship within the continental United States only. All Lamshop furniture is made-to-order and because we want your order to arrive in pristine condition our larger freight items (tables, upholstery, etc) are shipped via White Glove delivery service. This service delivers to your door and inside your home. Smaller items (trays, wastebaskets, umbrella stands, etc) are shipped via Fed Ex. Transit time for Fed Ex ground in the continental United States is between 1 and 5 business days depending on item availability at the time your order is placed. Transit time for larger freight items via White Glove varies depending on your location. Production of your Lamshop piece begins when payment is received in full. All products have an approximate production lead time, please be aware this does not include travel time for shipping. We can always advise you on the progress of your order by calling us at 704.910.5575 or emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We cannot ship any item to a post office box. We do not ship Lamshop furniture/items outside of the continental United States. You will be billed for shipping when your order is ready to ship. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you for secure payment online.
All Lamshop items are thoroughly inspected before leaving our facility to confirm they are in pristine condition. As all of our furniture is made-to-order, only damaged items are subject to return. Damaged items must be claimed upon receipt of your order prior to signing for delivery. All claims must be reported at once. Failure to do so will render all claims null and void. Any custom color, custom size or custom design order is not subject to return unless damaged.
We do offer you the option to arrange for your own shipping services at checkout. Upon arranging your own pickup and delivery, Lamshop is not responsible for any damages or claims.
